What counts as a record?
A record is any object synced — an order, a product, an inventory update. Records are counted on a 30-day rolling basis.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from inside your Shopify admin. Charges are prorated.
Do I need to enter a credit card to start a trial?
No. Install the app, start your trial, and Shopify only charges you after the 14-day trial ends if you choose to continue.
How does billing work?
We use Shopify Billing. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. No separate invoices to manage.
What happens if I exceed my record limit?
We'll notify you. You can upgrade your plan or we can discuss an overage arrangement.
